Linked Accounts and Contacts!

Want to add a contact or link your account to someone on your team? Do you have an Assistant or Coordinator who processes your team’s orders?

Why not add your team members to your contact list on the website? This way you can you can place orders in their name.

Go to My Account, My Linked Accounts, and add your contacts. When it is time to order, just select the name of the contact that the order is being placed for!

We have implemented a new feature called File Attachment!

When you get to the third step of the order process, 3) Configuration, towards the bottom of the page you will see a link called Attachments: In the box below that you will see link called  Upload Attachment

You can add up to 3 file attachments, such as maps, directly to your order! That will direct our installers where to install a post or fill any need required of a file. It can also be used by Allstarpost to print out flyers for delivery during post installation, for small fee of course.

The advantage is you can be sure it will always be with the order, and we will not have to rely on e-mail to send the file to our installers!

This is the process for ordering a post removal or renewal.

Go to My Account, My In-Use Inventory, leave text box blank or type in house number only. Click Find.

Find the address and click the blue Action button on the right. After clicking the Action button you will see a pop up box called Inventory Actions.

In that box you will see Removal Options and Renewal Options. If you have more than one inventory item the option may say Remove/Renew one post or it may say Remove/Renew all posts.

Click on the option that meets your needs and complete the order.

Remember you order is not complete until click the submit button and you see the Congratulations! screen.

Allstarpost has changed its hours of operation.
Our installers are now working Monday through Saturday with Sunday being off.
Orders that come in on Saturday and Sunday will normally be completed on Monday.
