Allstarpost strives to create a positive customer service experience for all our clients. As such we offer a 48 hour installation guarantee or it’s free for all standard posts in our service area.
By placing your post installation order you agree to and accept the Terms of Service Agreement. Once you place your order, our policy is generally to decline refund requests except in unusual circumstances. Those circumstances will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If the work is performed or once our installers arrive at the listing address, we will charge full price without a refund.
If you have problems with our service, please contact us and we will do our utmost to make you a satisfied customer. If a refund or reversal is necessary, you can expect to receive it within two billing cycles of approval, if you used a credit card. If you paid by check, you can expect to receive a refund within 30 days of your request being approved.
