Can you provide fancier posts for those Upscale listings?

How or where do I communicate what date I want a post installed or removed?

The only way to communicate a specific install or removal date on the order is to enter them in the special instructions detail.

If you have already entered your order and wish to change your post install or removal date contact Allstarpost by e-mail or phone.

 
I want my post installed with concrete but I don't see that option in the shopping cart.

Only items that can be ordered by themselves are available for adding to your shopping cart. Add on items are available during the configuration portion of the checkout.

For example - you can't order a concrete installation by itself. Instead you need to pick the post you want installed then when you get to the configuration screen, during the checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to have the post installed with concrete.

 

 
What are the order statuses?

Allstarpost uses the following order statuses:

  • New - Order was just submitted
  • Pending Authorization - Order has been acknowledged by the payment company
  • Work Order Created - Work order has been created to fulfill your order and is waiting for an Installer to accept it
  • In Progress - Installer has accepted work order and is in the process of fulfilling it
  • Completed - All work has been done
  • Completed with Exceptions - All work orders are in a status of either completed or cancelled
  • Partially Completed - Order has items that are completed and some that are still pending completion.
  • On Hold - Order has been put on hold by All Star Post or by an Installer. Normally this is due incorrect information
  • Cancelled - Allstarpost has cancelled the order - normally due to incorrect information or on behalf of client
  • Cancelled by [something] - Customer has cancelled the order or order has been cancelled through third party payment processor
  • Refunded - Only customer cancelled orders can be refunded or in special situations
 
What forms of payment does Allstarpost.com accept?

AllStarPost.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.

 
Why does my order status say Range?

If your order involved multiple items that were going to different addresses we created multiple Work Orders to fufill your order. Only orders that have multiple Work Orders can ever have the status of Range.

Work Orders can be completed at different times and days by different installers so if one work order is Completed and another is In Progress then your order status will say Range.

 
Can you email me my password?

We can not email passwords. In fact we can't even recover your old password if we wanted to. What we can do is if you have forgotten both your password and secret question answers - we can reset your password.

You must email us from the email address on file for your account and we will email a temporary password back to you.

 
I forgot my password, what do I do?

When you are asked to log into Allstarpost.com, simply click the "Forgot Password" link.

You will be redirected to a page that will ask for the answers to your secret questions you used when registering. Supply the right credentials and you can reset your password.

 
What do I do if I want my signs installed on a utility pole?

You will need to purchase specifically designed radiator type hose clamp bands from your local sign company. Give the bands and your signs to your installer.
